Buildings we look after

Three kinds of building, each scheduled its own way

One firm, one standard for notices and logs, and a different rhythm for each kind of building.

An empty waiting area with a row of yellow chairs along a white wall under ceiling lights

Clinics and medical offices

Quiet before the first appointment and after the last. We start in public areas and enter treatment rooms only when your staff say they are clear.

  • Waiting rooms, halls and break rooms

  • Kitchens, supply rooms and loading doors

  • Monitoring stations along exterior walls

  • Procedure and sterile rooms inspected from the door

How clinics are scheduled
A sunlit empty room with a hardwood floor, pale blue walls and tall windows

Schools and child care

The school day and the school year shape the plan: light work after dismissal, heavier work in the breaks.

  • Cafeterias, kitchens and snack rooms

  • Classrooms, gyms and locker rooms

  • Entry doors, playgrounds and dumpsters

  • A notice written to be shared with families

How schools are scheduled
A corridor with a dark gray painted wall, a white wall and wood panels

Senior living

Residents' routines come first. Common areas are done between meals, and apartments by appointment.

  • Dining rooms, lounges and activity rooms

  • Apartments by appointment, with a resident or staff member

  • Kitchens, laundry and loading areas

  • Rest hours and quiet floors kept

How senior living is scheduled

Inside every visit

What a visit covers

Which of these a building needs is settled at the walk-through. None are added without a line in the written scope.

  • Inspection and monitoring

Looking first, with stations checked and recorded on the device map.

  • Interior service

Treatment where a visit finds a reason, with low-odor methods where they work.

  • Entry points and perimeter

Doors, thresholds, docks and exterior walls, where pests find a way in.

  • Kitchens and dining rooms

Looked at on the rhythm of your meal service.

  • Rodent checks

Stations and entry points at doors, docks and utility openings.

  • Stinging insects at entrances

Nests near doors and walkways, handled on a day the entrance can be kept clear.

What we leave to you

Work that stays with your own team

  • Operating and procedure rooms

We inspect from the door. Anything more is decided with your infection preventionist.

  • Sterile processing and clean supply

Looked at, never treated, unless you ask in writing.

  • Occupied apartments

Only by appointment, with a resident or a staff member present.

  • Cleaning and repairs

We say what we see; your staff or a contractor decide the fix.
