Pricing
How a quote for a building is built
What decides the price
A few things move a building's price more than all the rest.
Square footage and the number of separate areas
Monitoring devices, and how often each is checked
Visit frequency, and whether visits fall on weekdays, nights or weekends
Access: badges, escorts, locked rooms and kitchens
What the estimate includes, and what it doesn't
A written scope by area: what we inspect, monitor and service, how often, and what each log says.
Includes the walk-through, device map, visits, notices and logs
Does not include structural repairs or sealing that needs a contractor
Does not include areas you ask us to skip
Terms for return visits are written into the scope
What happens at the visit
The first visit is a tour with your facility manager, not a treatment. We look, map and ask questions.
Any fee for the tour is stated before it
The scope says whether that fee is credited toward service
When you get the number
In writing, before any work starts, as an amount per visit or per month for the scope.
Anything outside the scope is quoted before it is done
No number is given over the phone for a building we have not toured
How and when you pay
Invoiced monthly after the visits are logged, to the contact or department you name.
Purchase orders and vendor forms are welcome
Payment terms are written in the scope
If the building changes
A new wing, a changed kitchen or an added building changes the scope.
We update the device map and quote the change in writing
Visits are adjusted only after you agree
No prices are printed on this site. The number is yours, in writing, after the walk-through.
Before you ask
What helps us quote a building well
None of it has to be perfect. A rough answer is enough to start.
A floor plan or a sketch
Even a fire-exit map shows us areas, kitchens and doors.
Your quiet hours
Meal times, class periods, rest hours and procedure days.
Notes from the last survey
Anything a reviewer asked about pests.
Who to notify
Two contacts, and who decides on the day.
About the number
Questions about cost
Why no prices on the site?
Two buildings of the same size can need very different work: a kitchen, a dock or a hundred apartments changes the scope. A number without a tour would be a guess, and you would pay for the guess.
Is a quote binding?
The written scope states what is included, the amount, and the terms for changing or ending service. You review it before anything starts.
Do you charge for after-hours visits?
Early, late and weekend windows are agreed in the scope. If they cost more, the scope says how much and why, before you sign.
Get the number in writing
We tour the building, then write the scope. You see it before any work is booked.
