Questions

Questions facility managers ask

If yours is not here, call or write. We answer in plain words.

How much does it cost?

It depends on the building: its size, how many areas we service, how often we visit and how much access we need. You receive a written scope before any work starts. The pricing page lists what moves the number.

How often will you visit?

Most buildings start with monthly visits and adjust after a few months, once the logs show where activity is. Kitchens and dining areas often get a closer rhythm. The scope states it.

What about the people in the building?

No honest pest company can promise a method has no effect on anyone. Licensed applicators follow the label, we apply only where an inspection finds a reason, and we tell your staff which areas to keep clear and for how long. People with asthma or other conditions should ask their own clinician.

Do you use low-odor methods?

Where they work. Low odor is a choice of method, not a promise about every product. We tell you what we plan to use, and the product list is yours on request.

Do residents, patients or students need to leave?

Usually not. We work in areas that are empty or can be cleared for a short time, and we skip any room in use. The notice names the areas to keep clear.

How long until we see results?

Results depend on the pest, the building and how much can be sealed or cleaned. The log shows the trend visit by visit, so you can judge for yourself.

What if pests come back between visits?

Call or write. We return to the area named in your scope's terms, and the log records what we found. Return-visit terms are written in the scope, with limits and exclusions.

Will your logs satisfy a survey or an audit?

They are written to support one: areas, findings, actions, technician and a device map. A log is not a certification, and it does not replace what your reviewers require.

Do you sign long contracts?

The term is yours to choose, and the terms for ending service are in the scope before any work starts.

Where do you work, and when can you start?

Middle Tennessee, from Nashville out to the county lines. After a walk-through, we write the scope and agree a first window with your facility manager.
