What we collect

When you send the form we receive your name, phone number, email, the kind of building and what you tell us. When you call, we see your number. Our website host may record standard technical details, such as your browser and the pages you open.

How we use it

We use it to answer you, to plan a walk-through and, if you become a client, to send visit notices and logs to the contacts you name. We do not sell it.

Who sees it

Our own staff, and the service providers that host this site and send our email. Records about your building belong to your account and are shared only with the people you name.

Your choices

Ask us to correct or delete what we hold about you by calling or writing to the address in the footer. We will tell you what we can and cannot delete, such as a record a client is entitled to keep.
