Records and audits

Records you can hand to a surveyor

Every visit leaves a page. Every quarter, a short summary of where activity shows up and what changed.

We keep the records a facility manager is asked for, in the order a reviewer reads them. If a reviewer asks for something we do not keep, we say so.

In the binder

  • A service log for every visit, signed by the technician

  • A map of the building with each monitoring device numbered

  • Findings and the action taken on each

  • A list of what was applied, with labels available on request

  • Technician names and our license on file

What is in it

Six things a binder holds

  • Service logs

One page per visit: times, areas, findings and actions.

  • Device map

A floor plan with every station numbered, updated when the building changes.

  • Trend summary

A quarterly page showing where activity appears, area by area.

  • Corrective actions

What was found, what we did, and what is left for your staff or a contractor.

  • Product information

What was applied and the label, available on request.

  • Credentials

Our license, technician names and a certificate of insurance on request.

What a record is for

Supports your survey. Does not replace it.

A survey or inspection of your building is yours. Our records are written to support the pest control part of the standards you answer to: a state health department survey, an accreditor's review, a school district's integrated pest management policy, or a corporate audit.

We do not issue, hold or grant any accreditation or certification, and a log is not a guarantee. If a reviewer asks for a record we do not keep, we will say so, and tell you who does.
